Returns
A Berisha is meant to be worn for a lifetime. If it isn't right, you have 14 days to send it back.
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund.
Items must be unworn, unsized, and returned with all original packaging and papers.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the watch.
Every Berisha watch is covered by a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects.
Return window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. To start a return, contact us at hello@berishawatches.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions within one business day.
Condition of returned items
To qualify for a refund, the watch must be returned in the same condition it left the workshop:
- Unworn, unscratched, with all protective film in place
- Bracelet not sized (no links removed)
- All original packaging, warranty card, and papers included
- Return shipped insured and tracked
Items showing signs of wear, sizing, or missing components may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items. We recommend a fully insured, tracked service — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to make the funds visible. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Because each reference is limited and numbered, we don't guarantee availability for direct exchanges. To exchange a piece, return the original for a refund and place a new order — we'll do our best to hold your preferred variant while your return is in transit.
Warranty
Every Berisha watch is covered by a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, water damage from misuse, accidental damage, or work performed by unauthorized watchmakers.
Defective or incorrect items
If your watch arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and either repair, replace, or refund the piece — whichever you prefer, subject to stock.
